Preparation time:

  • 5 minutes Preparation
  • 15 minutes cooking
  • Servings: 1


  • 2 Cups of Cauliflower florets
  • 1 Tbsp of Soft Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste



  1. Heat a medium-sized pan and add the cauliflower.
  2. Boil for 10-15 minutes, or until very soft.
  3. Drain and transfer to a food processor together with the rest of the ingredients. Pulse until smooth.
  4. Serve hot.
