Preparation time:

  • 1 hour
  • Zero cooking time
  • Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 oz Butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp Erythritol (low-calorie sweetener)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free Chocolate Chips

Method:

  1. Add the cream cheese, butter, erythritol, and vanilla extract in a food processor or a large bowl. Pulse until smooth or use a spatula to make a smooth paste.
  2. Add almond flour then blend until into a smooth dough or mix by hand.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and fold in gently.
  4. Divide the dough into balls and gently flatten into shape.
  5. Put in the fridge to chill until they are ready to serve.
