We can eat lots of green vegetables and cabbage, cauliflower and many more from the cruciferous family. It is best to be moderate with the Keto Diet desserts, dairy and sweets. When my friend did the diet he was strict on most things and did not give in to many treats however wonderful they appeared.
2) Brain Function
So as humans we get carried away with our busy lives and mostly forget to take good care of ourselves. But, without taking good care we are putting our lives in danger of many things that are easily avoidable. A brain that is not functioning to the best of its ability, as you may have experienced, leads to lower productivity. This can take a nosedive a work as your boss will notice this, you will have little job satisfaction. Your brain will also send out signals saying that you need to fix your sugar cravings for energy, it can also lead to depression. It really is a terrible domino effect.
